Blastrocket - A C4 flavored Blinkenrocket

With KiCad made clone of the https://github.com/blinkenrocket. Should be compatible with the original blinkenrocket, e.g. to use webbased [http://blinkenrocket.de/](programming tool) and the original build up manual.
